Welcome to the Connecticut Gamma chapter of Pi Beta Phi! 

Hello! 

My name is Caroline Ayers, and I am the Resident Leadership Development Consultant supporting the CT Gamma Chapter of Pi Beta Phi for the 2022-2023 school year! I am from Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May of 2022. 

CT Gamma is full of strong and kind women who strive to create a strong sisterhood and leave a legacy at QU. It is so rewarding to work with them as they excel through their second year of re-establishment and help them foster the Pi Phi experience that I so deeply enjoyed during my time as a collegian. 

Pi Beta Phi stands for integrity, lifelong commitment, honor and respect, personal and intellectual growth, philanthropic service to others, and sincere friendship. These six core values are evident in our members, bringing them together and cultivating a strong bond of sisterhood.

I am so thankful to be a part of Connecticut Gamma's journey and help in building a foundation for the chapter that will continue to grow for years to come!
